The most common causes for cloudy water are:

Lacking sanitizer (chlorine)

Suggested solutions

Lacking sanitizer (chlorine): Add your sanitizer (Lithium, dichloro or bromine) until the chlorine level is at 3 - 5 ppm.

Presence of chloramines (combined chlorine): Add a 40 g of Non-Chlorinated Shock Treatment for spas per 1,000 L of water to eliminate chloramines.

Large quantity of particles in suspension: Add one Premeasured Clarifying Tablet in your spa water or 40 mL of Liquid Clarifier per 1,000 L of water to clarify the water.

Dirty cartridge filter: Clean the filter with Cartridge Filter Cleaner.
Preventive maintenance

Lacking sanitizer (chlorine): Maintain sanitizer level at 3 - 5 ppm at all times.

Presence of chloramines (combined chlorine): Add a 40 g of Non-Chlorinated Shock Treatment for spas per 1,000 L of water once a week or after each spa use.

Large quantity of particles in suspension: Add one Premeasured Clarifying Tablet in your spa water or 20 mL of Liquid Clarifier per 1,000 L of water weekly to eliminate suspended particles.

Dirty cartridge filter: Clean the filter each month with Cartridge Filter Cleaner.
